Position Duties Include:
- Perform process audits during shift.
- Provide assistance to shift supervisor by driving schedule execution.
- Problem solve issues with guidance from the supervisor, manager, and/or quality or other departments.
- Make labels and bar codes for shipment identification.
- Generate and/or update job sheets.
- Cover presses during breaks.
- Train employees on appropriate process and procedures.
- Complete record keeping documents as required for Device History Record files.
- Must follow specific environmental and product procedures and/or protocol to ensure accurate and traceable documentation of products.
- Support, follow and uphold all ISO, departmental and company policies and procedures and ensure training and compliance with all team members.
- Follow all safety rules, procedures, and preventative measures.
- Follow all Six “S” requirements.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to lifts objects up to 50 pounds by hand with or without an accommodation.
- Ability to read, analyze, comprehend, and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in written, diagram, or schedule format.
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization with varying communication styles.
- Effective and understandable professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge to navigate through and input data into computer software programs.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize priorities simultaneously.
