Position Purpose:
We are seeking a Design Media & Marketing Intern to join our team at Vaupell. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply design skills in a real-world business environment. Gain hands-on experience in visual storytelling, translating our brand’s message into beautiful, high-impact digital media—from social media to promotional graphics.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing layouts for digital and print media, ensuring all content aligns with our brand’s aesthetic.
- Capture and edit high-quality photography and "behind-the-scenes" video content for our social platforms.
- Plan, curate, and post daily content across social media platforms, focusing on a "grid aesthetic" that looks professional and cohesive.
- Responsible for following all Vaupell policies and standard operating procedures and safety practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Ability to write clear, "on-brand" captions that complement your visual designs.
- A strong eye for "what looks good"—understanding of lighting, balance, and modern design trends.
Candidates must be a “US Person” (i.e. US Citizen or Permanent Resident) to ensure Vaupell's compliance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations)
Environmental Condition
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and vibrations.
