Job description
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Retail Sales Associate that is 21 years of age with open availability to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, generating sales, stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have knowledge of vaping products, Mods/Pod Systems/E-liquids.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and honest.
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from the store.
- Must live within a 10 mile radius.
- Must have flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable asking customers to provide ID for age compliance.
- Must be able to work alone effectively while multi-tasking.
- Must be presentable with a clean appearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service:
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their questions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences and needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through attentive service and personalized recommendations.
- Process sales, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Up-sell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Store Maintenance:
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and taking the trash out.
- Restock shelves, displays, and product bins as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items to management.
- Assist with receiving and processing shipments.
Compliance:
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes related to vaping products.
- Maintain awareness of age verification requirements and ensure compliance with local and federal laws.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21
- Must have Vape experience.
- Must have flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- One year of previous retail sales experience, preferably in the vaping industry.
- Knowledge of vaping products, accessories, and e-liquids is a plus.
- Knowledge of Mods/Pod Systems and Coils/Pods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work alone and multi-task
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
