Responsibilities of this role include but not limited to:Interact with clients and general contractorsInteract with roofing, siding, and other crewsSupervise subcontracting crews to ensure project specifications are metWork closely with office teams to ensure project outcomesProblem-solve any job site issuesPrepare and present client billingsSchedule appointments and track work progress using company softwareEnsure quality and successful customer experience at all timesDaily travel from job site to job site, mainly within the 5-county metro areaRequirements/Qualifications:Ideally several years' experience in residential constructionStrong technical understanding of home buildingAttention to detail; organizational skills; time management skills requiredGood communication and customer service skills is an absolute must!Must work well both independently and as a teamSelf-starter with proven ability to exceed goalsWillingness to learn additional skillsPhysical Requirements: Ability to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead. Ability to independently lift work loads of 50 Ability to climb ladders of all types. Possess good vision/hearing (normal or corrected). Ability to work while constantly moving on one's feet. Ability to reach and stretch to position equipment and fixtures while maintaining balance.
