P&C Account Manager CL/PL

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented P&C Account Manager specializing in Commercial Lines (CL) and Personal Lines (PL). This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lincoln, NE, with flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. Primary responsibilities include managing client accounts, handling policy renewals, addressing client inquiries, processing endorsements, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role also involves providing excellent customer experiences, assisting with insurance claims, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling to meet client needs while strengthening client relationships.

• Expertise in Property & Casualty insurance with knowledge of both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in insurance systems, documentation, and account management processes
• Experience with claims assistance, policy renewals, and endorsements
• Proficiency with technology and insurance management software
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Nebraska Property & Casualty insurance license is required
• Insurance industry certifications (e.g., CIC, CPCU) are a plus
• Two or more years of experience in a similar insurance role is preferred
