Job Description
- Install flooring materials including tile, hardwood, laminate, and LVP according to drawings and specifications
- Operate flooring equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret production prints
- Work productively and safely as part of a team
- Manage multiple tasks within the flooring department
- Maintain a strong focus on accuracy and quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant flooring installation experience (tile, hardwood, laminate, or LVP)
- Ability to read and follow installation drawings and specifications
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, accountable attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift heavy materials (up to 50lbs) regularly
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and meeting production deadlines
Additional Information
The Pay Range for this position is $20.50 - $26.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications. We also off the following benefits:
