The HVAC Installer is responsible for installing new HVAC units and systems in new construction modular buildings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)
- Installs new HVAC units in new construction for modular multi-family homes.
- Installs ductwork and thermostats to control the HVAC system.
- Installs various types of HVAC systems such as PTAC, heat pumps,ERV
- Complies withcompany and industry safety standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Other duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Education
- Vocational/High school diploma or GED, HVAC certification preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year working directly with HVAC systems.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment preferred.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints is desired.
- Ability to use power and hand tools.
- Excellent mechanical skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: typically required to perform the essential functions of this position.
