MUST HAVES
- 3–4 years of experience working with complex electrical systems, cable assemblies, or wiring harnesses
- Proficient in crimping, wire stripping, and connector assembly using standard hand and power tools
- Hands-on experience with digital multimeters for continuity, resistance, and basic electrical measurements
- High school diploma or GED required
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Soldering experience (through-hole or connector work) preferred
- IPC-A-610 training or certification highly desirable
- Familiarity with oscilloscopes or other electronic test equipment a plus
- Experience supporting calibration, verification, or test of electronic assemblies preferred
