We are seeking experienced Pool & Spa Service Technicians to support our residential and commercial property portfolio.
This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Work is assigned based on recurring service needs, maintenance calls, and property requirements, allowing you to accept jobs that fit your availability.
Responsibilities Include
Perform routine pool and spa maintenance (cleaning, skimming, vacuuming, brushing)
Test and balance water chemistry to maintain safe and clean conditions
Inspect and service pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, valves)
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
Ensure pools and spas are properly maintained for homeowners, tenants, or listings
Communicate job status, findings, and completion updates
