We are seeking experienced General Contractors to support renovation, repositioning, and construction projects across our property portfolio.
This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, project-based scheduling. Projects are assigned based on scope, timelines, and property needs, allowing you to take on work that aligns with your availability and capacity.
Responsibilities Include
Oversee and manage residential and light commercial construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and project timelines
Ensure all work meets local codes, permitting requirements, and quality standards
Manage budgets, materials, and project execution from start to finish
Conduct site inspections and ensure job site safety and cleanliness
Communicate progress updates, timelines, and any issues

- Valid General Contractor license (State of Florida)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proven experience managing residential and/or light commercial construction projects
- Ability to oversee renovations, remodels, and new construction projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting, and inspections
- Established network of subcontractors (preferred)
- Must have your own tools, equipment, and job site resources
- Strong project management, budgeting, and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to manage multiple projects
