Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled BPM Developer with a strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) tools and frameworks, along with experience or knowledge in Capability Maturity Model (CMM) practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing business processes while ensuring process maturity and compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement BPM solutions using tools such as Flowable, Camunda, IBM BPM, or Pega.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, model, and automate business processes using BPMN 2.0.
- Ensure processes align with CMM framework levels and organizational quality standards.
- Document workflows, rules, and process improvements to enhance process maturity.
- Monitor, debug, and optimize BPM applications for better performance and reliability.
- Integrate BPM workflows with existing systems and APIs.
- Participate in process audits and contribute to CMM compliance initiatives.
- Support continuous process improvement and automation initiatives across departments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in BPM development and workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience with Flowable, Camunda, or similar BPM tools.
- Strong Java/J2EE programming and API integration experience.
- Understanding of BPMN, DMN, and CMMI/CMM frameworks.
- Knowledge of process modeling, documentation, and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in organizations implementing CMMI Level 3 practices.
- Exposure to Agile and DevOps environments.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, RESTful services, and microservices integration.
- Certifications in BPM or process improvement (e.g., Camunda Certified Developer, Six Sigma, CMMI Associate) are a plus.
