Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT vendor management, procurement, or contract administration.
- Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS licensing, infrastructure, and software procurement.
- Experience with contract negotiation, redlining, and vendor performance metrics.
- Knowledge of ITIL, procurement methodologies, and vendor governance frameworks preferred.
- Proficient in tools such as ServiceNow, Coupa, Ariba, or vendor management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
