Established Personal Injury law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join our growing team. Must be detail oriented, reliable, punctual, a team player and the ability to work in a face-paced environment.
** EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ** Salary dependent upon experience
Primary responsibilities:
- Position works closely with Case Manager on cases
- Communicates with Clients, Adjuster and Medical providers on a daily basis
- Obtains and prepares insurance documents
- Initiating claims, obtain adjuster information
- Preferred experience with writing Demands.
- Must be able to handle high case volume
- Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor
- This position requires a strong organization skill
Required skills:
- MINIMUM of 2 years LEGAL EXPERIENCE
- Positive Attitude is a must (Drama not tolerated)
- Ability to adapt to established Firm policies and procedures
- Produce work product that is free from errors and in a timely manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize with fast paced deadlines
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Computer knowledge (Microsoft and Google) is a MUST
