Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration within a construction or related industry.
- Proficiency in payroll software, specifically ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements in the United States.
- Demonstrated experience with payroll auditing and payroll process management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in payroll administration such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC).
