Over 100 five-star reviews, strong lead flow, and a reputation for doing the job right. We're a tight team gearing up for a major growth phase and need another salesperson who can close.
The Opportunity
You'll be joining a company early enough to grow with it. We have more qualified leads than we can handle and need someone who knows how to sit at a kitchen table, build trust, and close. If you've sold HVAC before, you know how rare it is to walk into a role with this kind of lead volume already built. Self-generated appointments earn a higher commission percentage, so if you're a hunter on top of a closer, you'll make even more.
What You'll Do
- Run in-home consultations and close heat pump installations
- Present structured Good/Better/Best options to homeowners
- Handle objections confidently and ask for the sale
- Manage your pipeline from appointment to signed contract
- Maintain speed and follow-up standards that match our brand
What We're Looking For
- Experience selling residential HVAC (heat pump experience strongly preferred)
- Proven closer with strong objection handling skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, no hand-holding required
- Clean driving record and professional appearance
- Familiarity with the Puget Sound market is a plus
