Are you a driven, people-oriented professional with a passion for building relationships and solving customer challenges? Air Systems Engineering is looking for a COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE PROJECT SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the face of our company - getting out in front of customers, identifying service projects opportunities, and helping clients improve the performance and reliability of their HVAC systems.
Outside of customer site visits, this is an in-office position (NOT REMOTE). Candidate must live within a reasonable commute distance to our office in Tacoma, WA or planning to relocate prior to hire date.

WAGE/SALARY RANGE: $80,000 to $100,000 per year Commission

What You'll Do
- Proactively engage with commercial clients to identify HVAC service project needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with facility managers, property owners, and decision-makers
- Conduct site visits, assess system conditions, and develop tailored project proposals
- Collaborate with service technicians and project managers to deliver accurate scopes and pricing
- Follow up on leads, track opportunities, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
- 5 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or B2B sales (commercial/industrial experience preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, service contracts, and retrofit projects
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to client sites
