Position Summary:
As an HVAC Apprentice, you'll work closely with experienced technicians on the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems. This is a hands-on role that offers real-world training and growth in the HVAC trade.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with installs, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Load/unload tools and equipment at job sites
- Learn to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Keep job sites and vehicles clean and organized
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
- Show up ready to work, learn, and grow in the trade
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- 0–2 years of HVAC or mechanical experience (we'll train the right person)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Positive attitude and dependable character
Bonus Points:
- HVAC trade school experience
- EPA 608 Certification
