We’re a growing HVAC company serving the Puget Sound area. Our team is small, focused, and hungry to grow. We help homeowners upgrade their heating and cooling systems, and we’re looking for experienced door-to-door sales professionals who want to move into higher-ticket sales and bigger paydays.

If you’ve knocked doors before, you already know the work. The difference here is what you’re selling and what you can earn. Our average project is about $15,000. With competitive pricing and financing options, customers can move forward quickly — and your commission grows with every job. Most of our reps average $10,000–$20,000 per month, with no cap. One close here can pay more than weeks of small-ticket sales. As we expand, there’s room to move into leadership and higher commission brackets.
Responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods in the Puget Sound area and start conversations with homeowners
- Generate appointments and close sales for heating and cooling system replacements
- Present financing options and competitive offers clearly and professionally
- Work with our install team to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to installation
- Track your own pipeline and performance
What We Offer
- Commission-based pay: 5–12% per job, average tickets around $15,000
- Typical reps average $10,000–$20,000 per month in commissions

What We’re Looking For
- Door-to-door sales experience
- Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable talking to homeowners face to face
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Compensation
Commission-only or base-plus-commission structure. Your income is tied to your performance, with no ceiling on what you can earn.
