What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Varsity Cleaners?
```Duties```
- Must have availability from 1:00 PM until close (6:00 pm) Monday through Friday, some Saturdays from 9 am-3:00 pm.
-Part time 5 days a week plus some Saturdays. 20-28 hours a week.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person and via phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize effective communication skills to clearly and accurately address customer needs.
- Receive and invoice incoming customer orders, check-in items for processing. Retrieve and cash-out outgoing orders
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Some minor bookkeeping skills for the daily report.
