Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email providing accurate information and support regarding our custom packaging products.
- Assist customers with order processing, product information, and issue resolution in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our ERP system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production and sales, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate custom packaging solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction with our services.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Maintain dependable attendance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
