What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Consultant - Hybrid position at VARSA SOLUTIONS?
Our client is looking for a Salesforce Consultant with 8 years of experience to join their Seller Systems team. This hybrid role requires you to be in our NYC, SF, or SEA office at least twice a week.
You'll design and implement scalable solutions using LWC and Apex, and perform key administration tasks like user management and Flow Builder. Someone with a Salesforce Platform Developer II certification who is passionate about best practices and continuous learning.
Nice to have:
- Experience with integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Salesforce Admin Certification.
Our Interview Process:
- Round 1: Hands-on coding and design session (60 mins)
- Round 2: Managerial discussion (30 mins)
Other important details:
Hybrid: 2 days at-least onsite. So, local candidates would work best.
Full time position (with benefits - medical, vision, dental, 401K with match, 2 weeks of paid time-off)
or W2 hourly with no benefits (translate into higher rate compared to base salary.)
