What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Consultant position at Rubberband Village?
Company Description
At Rubberband Village, we help businesses snap out of the status quo. We guide clients through digital transformation by modernizing their customer experiences, operations, and platforms using automation, integrations, and data-driven strategy.
We’re a team of doers — strategy-first but hands-on — delivering measurable results for clients across industries including staffing, telecom, and entertainment.
Role Description
We’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant who combines business process expertise with technical execution. You’ll help clients reimagine and optimize how they use Salesforce — from improving sales operations and pipeline visibility to designing automations and integrations that make teams faster and more effective.
This is a hands-on consulting role. You’ll be designing, configuring, and building within Salesforce while leading client conversations to align business goals, sales processes, and system design.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with client stakeholders to assess, optimize, and document sales processes and CRM workflows.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud to support modernized lead, opportunity, and pipeline management.
- Implement automation and workflow improvements (Flow, Process Builder, Lightning Apps).
- Lead alignment sessions between business, operations, and technology teams to define scalable processes.
- Support data quality, security, and reporting best practices.
- Collaborate with solution architects and integration specialists to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems (ERP, ATS, marketing platforms).
- Provide end-user enablement and training for improved adoption.
What You Bring
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory).
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are a strong plus.
- 3 years of Salesforce experience across configuration, process design, and user enablement.
- Strong understanding of sales process best practices (lead management, opportunity stages, forecasting).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills — able to align technical decisions with business value.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or experience working across CRM ecosystems is a significant bonus.
- U.S.-based candidates only (no C2C).
Why Rubberband Village?
- We start with the customer — solving the problems they actually care about.
- We build it together — co-creating solutions so everyone feels ownership.
- We look past the obvious — questioning assumptions and finding smarter ways to grow.
You’ll work with a modern, collaborative team where your ideas shape real outcomes — not just configurations.
