About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to help support daily agency operations, maintain accurate system data, process policy transactions, and provide support to internal team members. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate client and policy data in the agency management system.
· Review records for completeness, workflow compliance, and documentation accuracy.
· Process carrier downloads, claims, suspense items, policy transactions, invoices, and payments.
· Support Personal Lines and Commercial Lines servicing activities.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
· Excellent written, verbal, phone, and email communication skills.
· Comfortable learning and using multiple computer systems.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
· Experience with Applied Epic or another agency management system is a plus.
· Insurance or customer service experience preferred.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, use the telephone regularly, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
Salary : $44,000 - $53,000
