We are seeking motivated and service oriented Insurance Agents to join our growing team. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, assessing client needs, and reviewing client policies to assure they have the best coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Review and update client policies as needed.
- Maintain accurate client records using the client management system.
- Assist clients with claims, endorsements and payment of premiums.
Requirements:
- Maine Property & Casualty License or previous insurance agency experience.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer applications (CMS software, Microsoft Office Suite).
