Title: Call Center / Customer Order Specialist
Location: Houston, TX 77019
Duration: Contract to Hire
Hours: 40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM (Onsite Only)
Pay Rate: $20–$23/Hour
Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone calls with client families to review memorial selections and gather design details
- Use internal POS and supplier systems to research, design, and submit bronze memorial/marker designs
- Provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers
- Meet weekly productivity goals set for the Bronze Memorial team
- Catalog, update, and maintain digital library of projects
- Adjust priorities and perform related duties to support team goals
Requirements:
- 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and quality control skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team, maintaining a positive attitude
