Contract Duration: 7 months (Possible extension)
Pay Rate Range: $45 - $50.98/hr. on W2
Work Authorization: Only USC or GC
HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Team Overview:
- The Consumer Trust Organization integrates fraud detection and operations, trust & safety operations, and policy under a unified mission: to protect customers and the brand with enhanced speed, precision, and scale.
- The team leads strategic initiatives to deter fraud, block counterfeit activity, and uphold ecosystem integrity through upstream enforcement and cross-functional collaboration.
- This enables a more precise and scalable response to threats across ****'s ecosystem.
Position Summary:
- The Program Manager will lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across the Consumer Trust Organization.
- This six-month contract role is focused on programmatic strategy, automation, and portfolio optimization across fraud and consumer trust programs.
- The Program Manager will be responsible for executing high-impact initiatives, supporting upstream enforcement strategies, and managing projects that enable scale, automation, and infrastructure for fraud and safety detection systems.
Duties:
- Lead portfolio management across fraud and consumer trust programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategic themes.
- Drive automation and optimization strategies to improve program efficiency and impact.
- Coordinate planning, budgeting, and resource allocation across the Consumer Trust portfolio.
- Facilitate collaboration across internal stakeholders including Legal, Security, Privacy, Platform Engineering, Product Hardening, and Corporate Communications.
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to track program performance and surface insights.
Skills:
- Strategic Thinking & Prioritization: Ability to manage a complex portfolio and align initiatives with organizational goals.
- Program & Portfolio Management: Proven experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams.
- Communication & Influence: Strong written and verbal skills to engage stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Analytical & Operational Rigor: Ability to synthesize data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Self-Motivation & Initiative: Comfortable working independently and proactively identifying opportunities for impact.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- 5 years of experience in program management, fraud strategy, trust & safety, or related fields.
- Experience managing strategic initiatives across multiple teams or business units.
- Familiarity with fraud detection, automation tools, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage distributed teams effectively.
- PMP highly desired.
