| POSITION SUMMARY | ||

Under the general direction of the Superintendent or designee, leaders selected from this applicant pool may serve in school-based and/or division-level leadership roles supporting academic programs, student services, and operational effectiveness. These roles are designed to build a strong bench of leaders prepared to assume key district leadership positions as vacancies or strategic needs arise.
Leaders in this pool will contribute to student achievement, staff development, and the effective implementation of School Board policies, administrative regulations, and applicable federal and state laws.
