Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-driven, deadline-obsessed Marketing Traffic Coordinator to keep our creative projects moving and our team on track. This role is the hub of communication between Marketing, Creative, and cross-functional partners—ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and with excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day flow of marketing projects from kickoff to completion.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met.
- Serve as the central point of contact between marketing, creative, and other internal departments.
- Communicate clearly—both verbally and in writing—to follow up on deadlines, provide status updates, and escalate roadblocks.
- Maintain project management tools, calendars, and reports to keep leadership informed of progress.
- Coordinate revisions, feedback, and approvals across multiple stakeholders.
- Support campaign launches by ensuring all assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Help identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 2 years of experience in marketing, creative services, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills—you love a good checklist.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for follow-up and diplomacy.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
