POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Experience in international trade compliance, customs, INTL logistics.
• Knowledge of tariffs, import/export regulations, and US customs.
• HTS classification, country of origin, valuation, and customs documentation. Manage internal
HTS database.
• Manage Import / Export Customs Compliance.
• HTS classification for all Import / Export items, maintaining company database.
• Manage product compliance documentation and regulatory records (Product Testing and
Factory Audits).
• Non-Customer related initiatives – CTPAT, BSCI, Prop 65, and international product
certifications.
• Coordinating general customer testing protocols with product development initiatives.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, SKILLS, BACKGROUND, & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in business, international trade, supply chain, or related field preferred
but not required.
• 3 years of experience in global trade compliance.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking, creative problem solving.
• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and oral.
• Superior Accuracy and Attention to Detail.
• Organizational and Project Management Abilities.
• High Level Excel Abilities – vlookup, pivot tables, etc.
• Ability to structure and manage database and file information.
