Title: Payroll Processor
Job Description:
- Enter and process weekly U.S. payroll within ADP Workforce Now.
- Time off requests, 401k contribution/loan changes, garnishments/support orders, special pays, adjustments/manual checks, etc.
- Create and maintain payroll schedules (severances, garnishments, leave of absence payments, etc.)
- Enter new hires, complete terminations, maintain accurate leave of absence dates.
- General maintenance of employee records within ADP Workforce Now system.
- Register new states for payroll taxes as needed.
- Payroll filing.
- Experience processing Canadian payroll within ADP Workforce Now Canada, preferred.
- Other tasks that may be assigned include, but are not limited to: Complete employment verifications, assist with audits that require payroll information, etc.
