Responsibilities
The Senior Account Manager will lead customer relationships and drive new business opportunities while supporting profitable account growth. Responsibilities include:
- Manage automotive OEM relationships and expand existing accounts
- Identify and pursue new business and program opportunities
- Coordinate customer quotations, product costing, and internal resources
- Negotiate commercial agreements to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers
- Present product concepts and opportunities to customer engineering, design, and purchasing teams
- Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate resolution of commercial issues
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10 years of automotive OEM account management or sales management experience
- Proven success driving new business development changes
- Tier 1 automotive supplier & automotive exterior components experience (preferred)

Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
