Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial client intake interviews, gathering and documenting case information accurately
- Evaluate and screen potential new clients to determine case eligibility and fit
- Manage and track incoming leads through the firm's case management system (CRM)
- Communicate clearly with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person consultations
- Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to schedule consultations and follow-up appointments
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with professionalism
- Follow up with prospective clients to guide them through the onboarding process
- Prior experience in a legal intake, customer service, or client-facing role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Proficiency with legal CRM software or case management systems is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred given the South Florida market
- Empathetic, professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
