Varco Home Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a home health setting. This PRN/Contract (1099) role gives you flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact in the lives of patients recovering at home.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions per patient care plans
- Educate patients and caregivers on mobility, safety, and wellness strategies
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Travel to patients’ homes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Texas PT License
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills
