Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales efficiently and accurately
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, answer questions, and recommend menu items
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle retail sales transactions including cash handling and processing cash register operations
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and packaging to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow food safety protocols during food handling, beverage preparation, and serving to uphold quality standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, café work, or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and managing transactions accurately
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Experience as a barista or in beverage service is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts
