JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Bilingual Part-time Receptionist to join our dealership! The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle schedule flexibility. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering dealership group phones, greeting customers, and assisting the accounting department with clerical. Excellent way to learn about the automotive industry and advance to other positions. Paid training.

- Answer dealership phone calls
- Greet and receive customers
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Receive mails, packages, and notify recipients.
- Take messages from customers and vendors
- Assist with license plates and Coupon books (Pilon Book)
- Schedule is Mon-Fri 3pm-8:30pm and every other Saturday 8am-6pm. Please only apply if you are able to work these hours.
- Excellent communication skills over the phone, through email, and in person
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Basic computer skills
