Handle incoming incoming leads using email, text and phone calls to establish rapport and make an appointment
Respond in a professional, well-spoken manner
Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
- Utilize the CRM tool daily to keep track of all internet leads
- Must complete initial Chevrolet training upon being hired and subsequent training quarterly to remain Chevrolet certified
- Establish long-term relationships with prospects to grow clientele base for repeat and referral business
- Learn Vara's way of selling from initial contact to delivery
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner
- Provide a Straightforward and Hassle Free buying experience to all guests
- Be punctual when arriving and be ready to go when your shift starts
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record with a valid non-suspended driver’s license
- Bilingual strongly recommended
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid non-suspended driver's license
- Background check and drug screen
