Time Requirements:
This position will require between 30-40 hours per week depending on need and availability.
Position Duties:
The VTS Processing team member will efficiently process donated goods into priced, sellable merchandise.
- Excellent Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer/donor experience for all customers
- Effectively share Vapor mission with customers
- Donation Sorting
- Inspect each item that is donated for quality
- Adhere to the departmental sorting systems
- Establish proper set-up of the donation/processing systems
- Accurate Pricing
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge
- Perform quality evaluation and control
- Utilize pricing guide effectively
- Maintain Work Space
- Ensure a properly organized workspace
- Ensure a clean workspace at the closing
- Assist the Retail Team with the opening and closing checklists
- Cultural Development
- Actively participate in Holistic Development Plan (HDP)
- Participate in One-on-One process
- Attend daily Huddle
- Understand and adhere to Vapor Ministries’ preferred culture
