We are looking for a driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer service satisfaction, and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in retail management, employee recruitment, inventory control, and cash handling.
Responsibilities
- Participating and communicating through company email with upper management and Store Support.
- Motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff and Store Support.
- Helping to increase store monthly sales.
- Maintaining set store schedule with all associates.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Complete store audits and ensure everything falls under compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.
