What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at Vapor Maven?
We are seeking a sales associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling and promoting products and providing excellent customer service to each guest that walks through our door. Additional duties include maintaining a clean store presence, and cash handling. You will have the opportunity to thrive in a team environment and develop additional skillsets. We promote a fun, friendly, and professional work environment. Opportunities to work in additional locations may also be available. Selected candidates for the position will be trained on site.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome guests with a smile and identify customer needs
- Explain products to customers and ask questions to determine the right product for them.
- Process customer orders and thank them for visiting us.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints with the assistance of your management team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older with valid ID.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding work ethic with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift boxes under 50lbs periodically.
- Preferred candidates may also have some vaping experience, but not required.
