We are looking for an experienced and reliable Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of lawn maintenance workers to ensure that all lawn care services are performed to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of lawn maintenance workers to complete daily tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
- Maintain equipment and ensure that all tools are in good working order.
- Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed by the team.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of work completed, hours worked, and materials used.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in lawn maintenance or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
