What You’ll Do as an Entry-Level Assistant Manager
- Oversee daily outreach efforts, ensuring AT&T Business wireless and broadband services are promoted in line with campaign goals and territory benchmarks.
- Support and coach outreach team members, helping refine service messaging, improve engagement tactics, and meet activation targets.
- Maintain and monitor CRM data, tracking customer interactions, service milestones, and account activity to support reporting and campaign optimization.
- Coordinate with internal AT&T teams, resolving service delays, verifying documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of business connectivity solutions.
- Review engagement trends and usage feedback, recommending bundled upgrades, retention strategies, and outreach improvements tailored to business clients.
- Assist with onboarding and training, sharing best practices, and supporting performance development across outreach and account support teams.
What the Entry-Level Assistant Manager will bring to the table
