As a Junior Sales Associate, you’ll contribute to Vantx Marketing’s AT&T B2B campaign by identifying business opportunities, supporting account development, and executing outreach plans. You’ll receive structured training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM systems to help you grow into a confident sales professional.
Key Responsibilities of a Junior Sales Associate
- Identify qualified business prospects through structured outreach efforts and support AT&T’s B2B client acquisition strategy.
- Present AT&T’s business internet, wireless, and communication solutions with clarity, professionalism, and confidence across digital and remote channels.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, customized proposals, and timely follow-ups to support the full B2B sales cycle.
- Maintain detailed client records, outreach logs, and performance reports using CRM platforms to ensure data accuracy and campaign alignment.
- Collaborate with senior sales professionals to implement strategic outreach plans and optimize AT&T’s business development efforts.
- Provide responsive, solution-oriented support to business clients—addressing inquiries efficiently and reinforcing AT&T’s commitment to service excellence.
Minimum Qualifications of a Junior Sales Associate
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in sales or client engagement is also valued.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development—whether full-time, part-time, or internship—is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present AT&T’s business solutions clearly and professionally.
