Role Description

Are you a designer who lives and breathes sports? Do you get fired up turning a team's identity into gear they're proud to compete in? We're looking for a talented Production Artist to join our team and bring custom wrestling apparel to life, from concept to mat-ready product.

What You'll Do:

• Translate a team's vision and brand identity into custom wrestling singlets, warm-ups, and apparel

• Develop and refine artwork files for production-ready output

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs align with brand standards

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• Maintain consistency and quality across all custom gear

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating and editing high-quality designs
• Strong understanding of brand identity and how to apply it across garments
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a production artist or similar design role is a plus
• Experience in sports apparel design — wrestling or combat sports knowledge is a plus
