Job Overview:The Customer Service Specialist handles order inquires via telephone, post shipment of merchandise to consumer. The goal of the Customer Service Specialist is to attempt customer satisfaction on the initial contact by the customer. If inquires are complex, problems should be forwarded to Customer Support or the appropriate department for resolution. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering and/or troubleshooting. Requires knowledge of the organization’s policies, products and/or services. Responsiblities:Receives, responds, and returns inbound phone calls.Screens incoming telephone calls to determine customer needs and to facilitate timely and appropriate services.Determines customer needs and responds in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction.Also coordinates, plans, and organizes the day-to-day operations and administrative matters to support the goals and objectives for the Branch.Assists in the coordination and management of administrative matters and handles confidential information.Works under general direction.Salary:Salary: $23.60 per hour / $47,500 annuallySalary with a Bachelor's Degree: $25.00 per hour / $50,500 annually Many associates see a base salary increase of 10% within their first year as a Customer Service Representative.
