Intelligent Service Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Drain Cleaning is actively looking for a motivated full-time Customer Care Specialist to provide the best customer service from our Mount Prospect, IL office. CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS

As a for us, you will be the voice of our company! You get to provide superb customer service to our clients via email, text message, and phone while keeping our office running smoothly. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions as you keep the schedule full. And, thanks to your professionalism, people skills, and familiarity with our business, our diverse customer base is well-educated and can make informed decisions about their plumbing or HVAC needs. There will always be a variety of office tasks that you can help with, including keeping the office clean and organized.

  • Customer service experience AND experience in both the plumbing and HVAC trades is a PLUS, but we are willing to train the right person
  • Fixed availability on weekdays and weekends
  • Ability to work in our office

Shift availability (Shift 4):

  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Weekdays: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
