Vantage Trades Group LLC is currently hiring motivated construction professionals for an active commercial construction project in Wichita Falls, Texas.
We are looking for dependable individuals who are committed to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork. This position offers an opportunity to work alongside experienced construction professionals on a fast-paced project while contributing to the successful completion of critical jobsite activities.

Applicants with experience in commercial or industrial construction are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Perform general construction labor and site preparation.
- Assist skilled trades with daily construction activities.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Support carpentry, framing, concrete, and installation work as assigned.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Follow supervisor instructions and project specifications.
- Comply with OSHA regulations and all site-specific safety requirements.
- Perform additional duties based on project needs.
- Previous construction experience preferred.
- Experience in commercial or industrial construction is a plus.
- Ability to safely operate common construction tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physically demanding work.
