Let us provide you with a travel cataract expertise in a variety of hospitals and surgery centers as well as challenge you in the development of other skills in logistics and inventory management. Our traveling Certified Surgical Technologists (CST) are not only actively working in the OR, but also responsible for their own inventory management and the contribution of efforts in regional equipment and instrumentation logistics.
Qualifications to be a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for Vantage Surgical Solutions
- Successful graduation from an accredited surgical technology program.
- CST Certification required for some states (within 90 days of employment).
- BLS.
- Responsible and able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to complete overnight travel 3-4 nights weekly.
- Able to work collaboratively and with a team mindset.
This is a PRN position with travel within the defined territory, not a temporary contract with relocation.
