Speech Language Pathologist CCC/CF

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (CCC/CF) to join our dynamic team, providing exceptional speech and language therapy services across diverse populations. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for patients of all ages, including early intervention and school-aged populations.
• Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.
• Provide direct therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices in clinic, homes, schools, and daycares.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Monitor progress regularly, adjusting therapy strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports accurately within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Stay current with advances in speech-language pathology by participating in ongoing professional development and maintaining certification requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program; CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellowship (CF) completion required.
• Experience working with children in pediatric settings such as early intervention programs or schools is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of pediatric development, physiology, anatomy related to speech production, and medical terminology relevant to speech-language pathology.
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective speech therapy plans for individuals with speech impairments or disabilities.
• Strong skills in patient assessment, comprehensive evaluations, and implementing evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Experience working with pediatrics
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
• Excellent communication skills for parent collaboration and team coordination.
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for documentation purposes.
