Job Description

We are seeking a RF Test Engineer with hands-on exposure to RF testing environments and experience operating industry-standard test equipment. The role involves executing test cases, analyzing logs, and supporting senior engineers in validating wireless devices and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate RF test systems including Rohde & Schwarz (R&S), Anritsu, and Keysight equipment.
• Execute test cases accurately across multiple test setups.
• Perform log analysis to identify issues, failures, and deviations from expected results.
• Assist senior engineers with RF validation, troubleshooting, and issue reproduction.
• Maintain and configure test setups, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Record test results, defects, and observations in detailed test reports.
• Follow standard test procedures and support continuous improvement of test workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with R&S, Anritsu, or Keysight RF test instruments (any one required; multiple preferred).
• Ability to perform log analysis for RF test systems.
• Understanding of basic RF concepts such as signal levels, modulation, frequency bands, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work with structured test cases and follow engineering procedures.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
