Job Title: Program Manager – Oracle Fusion Implementation
Location: Onsite at any of these locations (Dallas, TX or Knoxville, TN) plus 25% travel between these 2.
Duration: 2 years of contract
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a senior Program Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar Oracle Fusion implementation for Cinemas client. This role will oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple Oracle Fusion modules and coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation across Financials, SCM, HCM, and related modules
- Own overall program governance, planning, budgeting, and execution
- Manage multiple workstreams, project managers, and system integrators
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
- Track program milestones, risks, dependencies, and financials
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and Oracle Fusion solutions
- Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, and go-live activities
- Manage change management, communication plans, and executive reporting
- Ensure delivery meets scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations
- Travel as needed between Dallas, TX and Nashville, TN (approx. 25%)
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar ERP programs
- Strong background leading Oracle Fusion implementations
- Hands-on experience across multiple Oracle Fusion modules (Financials, SCM, HCM, etc.)
- Experience managing global or multi-location delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to manage complex dependencies and parallel workstreams
- Experience working with system integrators and third-party vendors
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in media, entertainment, or large consumer-facing organizations
- PMP or similar program management certification
- Experience with long-term enterprise transformation programs
